Art Gallaxy is an independent Dutch company that provides “Print On Demand” worldwide based on print artworks curated and licensed by us.

What is “Print On Demand”.
Print on demand literally means print after order.
The manufacture of a print is thus started only after an order is received from a customer.
After the order is received by us, we play it through directly to our fulfilment partner: Gelato.
Terms & Designations.
ART Gallaxy regularly uses terms such as: oil print, ink or spray print and names like “Dali”, “Gaudi” and so on.
We feel it is important to point out that all the prints we supply are manufactured using artificial intelligence (ai) and that the terms and designations are only intended to indicate the style of the print in a easy to comprehend way.
Watermark.
The images we present on our website bear our watermark to prevent unauthorised downloading and distribution of our copyrighted works. Naturally, these are not shown in the final prints.
Colour and shape variations.
Due to the different production methods used by various printers world-wide and the variations of our artwork size ratios, colour and design may vary from what is presented on our website. By placing an order, customers agree to this.
Responsibility.
Our fulfilment partner Gelato is responsible for the full handling of all orders received by us and all other matters including returns.
Gelato’s terms of sale and Privacy Policy therefore apply.
As Gelato is a global company, the terms and conditions are drawn up in English. Both the terms of sale and the Gelato Privacy Policy can be found on our website via links at the bottom of each page of our website.
ART Gallaxy in no way accepts any liability that falls under the responsibility of Gelato.
Because you provide your data via our website, we are legally responsible and liable for the correct handling and treatment of this data. Therefore, we have also established our own Privacy Policy and also Cookie Terms.

By placing an order via our website, you grant us permission to pass on to Gelato any data you provide. To support the process of orders, we store your personal data on a server room of our internet provider Previder in Hengelo.
